Specifically designed and manufactured to provide CRYSTAL CLEAR communications to help create a safer work environment, which increases PRODUCTIVITY and lowers the risk of liability.
Smart Elevator Intercom System
Elevator Intercom Clear Voice Support

Safety Standards & Reliability

Mainly used on construction and temporary Hoists/Elevators, it is recommended by OSHA and considered the industry standard in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Communication is critical for emergency contacts. Whether a worker is injured or requires urgent medical attention, every second counts. As a general intercom system, it also allows supervisors to manage personnel efficiently, significantly reducing downtime.

Installation Guidelines

Floor Installation: Connect the intercom with the accessory power cable. Note that a dedicated power supply device can drive fewer than twenty units. The protective ground wire must pass through the coupler hole and connect with the ground on the first floor. Important: No middle-grounding is allowed.

Cage Installation: Connect the intercom, call device power supply, and coupler within the lift cage. Ensure the protective ground wire passes through the coupler hole and is properly grounded.

Frequently Asked Questions

What causes complete communication failure?
Usually, this occurs when the protective ground wire is grounded in the middle or if the protective earth wire is not properly connected in the hanging basket.
How can I fix poor communication quality?
Poor communication is often caused by high resistance in the ground wiring or poor physical connections at terminal points.
Is this system compatible with different voltages?
Yes, the system supports both 220V AC and 110V AC supply voltages.
Do I need to apply for a radio frequency license?
No, the system operates without electromagnetic wave pollution and does not require radio frequency application, making it ideal for intensive construction areas.
What is the effective communication range?
The system provides an effective range of more than 300 meters, provided the conductor loop resistance is below 600 ohms.
How many units can a single power device drive?
A dedicated power supply device is designed to drive up to twenty intercom units.
