Product Description

Specifically designed and manufactured to provide CRYSTAL CLEAR communications to help create a safer work environment, which increases PRODUCTIVITY and lowers the risk of LIABILITY.

🛡️
Safety First: Mainly used on construction and temporary Hoists/Elevators, it is recommended by OSHA and considered the industry standard in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Communication is critical for workers to contact the elevator operator during emergencies. When a worker is injured, every second counts for medical attention. As a general intercom system, it allows supervisors to locate and communicate with personnel efficiently, significantly reducing downtime and increasing project profit.

Installation Guidance

Floor Installation: Connect the intercom with the accessory power cable. Note that a dedicated power supply device can drive fewer than twenty units. The protective ground wire must pass through the coupler hole and be connected with the ground. Important: The wire passing through the coupler cannot be grounded in the middle.

Cage Installation: Connect the intercom, power supply, and coupler in the lifting cage. Ensure the protective ground wire passes through the coupler hole and is properly grounded.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What causes communication failure in the system?

Common causes include the protective ground wire of the coupler being grounded in the middle, or the protective earth wire not being correctly connected in the hanging basket.

2. How can poor communication quality be improved?

Poor communication is often caused by high resistance in the ground wiring or loose connections. Ensure all ground connections are secure and clean.

3. How do I handle motor-induced interference?

If the electric motor causes interference, the system requires better shielding for the cables to maintain signal integrity.

4. Does this intercom system require a radio frequency license?

No, the system uses a protection loop line for transmission, meaning it does not emit electromagnetic wave pollution and does not require a radio frequency application.

5. What is the maximum distance for effective communication?

The system supports an effective range of more than 300 meters, provided the conductor loop resistance is less than 600 ohms.

6. Can the system operate in outdoor weather conditions?

Yes, the units are built with heavy-duty composite Nylon Plastic enclosures designed to operate in extreme weather conditions commonly found on construction sites.
