Frequently Asked Questions

1. What causes total communication failure in the system?
Usually, this is due to the protective ground wire of the coupler being grounded in the middle, or the earth wire in the hanging basket not being properly connected.
2. Why is the voice quality poor or weak?
Poor communication is often caused by high resistance in the ground wiring or loose connections. Checking all terminal points is recommended.
3. How to resolve interference from electric motors?
If motor interference occurs, ensure that you are using high-quality shielded cables and that the shielding is correctly terminated.
4. Does this system require a radio frequency license?
No, it uses a protection loop line for transmission, meaning there is no electromagnetic wave pollution and no need to apply for radio frequency permits.
5. Can this system be used in extreme weather conditions?
Yes, the units are built with heavy-duty composite Nylon Plastic enclosures and designed to operate reliably in extreme environmental conditions.
6. What is the maximum number of floor units one power supply can handle?
One dedicated power supply device is designed to drive up to 20 floor intercom units effectively.
