Product Description
Specifically designed and manufactured to provide CRYSTAL CLEAR communications to help create a safer work environment, which increases PRODUCTIVITY and lowers the risk of LIABILITY.
Safety First
Mainly used on construction and temporary Hoists/Elevators, it is recommended by OSHA and considered the industry standard in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Communications are critical for workers to contact elevator operators during emergencies. When a worker is hurt, every second counts for medical attention.
As a general intercom system, it allows supervisors and workers to locate and communicate with each other, reducing downtime and increasing project profit.

Functional Features & Strengths
Introduction: Used in industrial elevators and construction hoists. It provides emergency calls between floor construction areas and the elevator driver, preventing accidents.
Stable Signal: Transmission via protection loop line ensures stability without requiring special communication cables. No electromagnetic wave pollution or radio frequency applications are needed.
Squelch & Volume: Features electronic volume control and squelch function to ensure voice is clear and natural across three available frequencies.
Specification Parameters
Supply Voltage
220V AC or 110V AC
Effective Range
More than 300m (Loop resistance < 600 ohm)
Frequencies
250KHz, 741KHz or 800KHz
System Installation & Wiring
The system is installed on each floor and within the lifting cage. A dedicated power supply device can drive up to twenty units. Important: The protective grounding wire passing through the coupler cannot be grounded in the middle ground.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What should I do if the communication system fails during installation?
Check if the protective ground wire of the coupler is grounded in the middle ground. Ensure the protective earth wire and the ground wire in the hanging basket are properly connected.
2. Why is the communication quality poor or noisy?
Poor communication is often caused by high resistance in the ground wiring or loose connections. Verify all contact points are secure.
3. How can I resolve interference from the electric motor?
Motor interference typically indicates that cables require better shielding. Ensure you are using the recommended four-core shielded cables.
4. Do I need to apply for a radio frequency license for this system?
No. This system uses the protection loop line for transmission and does not emit electromagnetic wave pollution, so no radio frequency application is required.
5. Is the system safe to use with high-voltage lines?
Yes. The signal and power lines are not connected with high voltage, and the system operates on a safe 24V DC internal power structure.
6. What is the maximum range of the intercom system?
The effective range is more than 300 meters, provided the conductor loop resistance remains below 600 ohms.
